In what order should I start taking the products?
We suggest starting with the colon cleanse, as you progress with the complete cleanse kit everything that will be eliminated from the body will do so through the bowel, it is important to start with this first to be certain that one is moving regularly. The next step suggested is the liver cleanse, once the liver is cleaned out it will help in dealing with the toxins in the body and should help you deal with the progressing steps in the advanced kit. The parasite cleanse is started once you have completed the liver flush and the Heavy Metal cleanse is the final step in this process when using the Body Cleanse Advanced Kit.
May I take Oxy-Powder while I am performing the rest of the cleanses?
Yes, it is recommended to continue taking a maintenance dose while performing the rest of the cleanses and even after.
What can I experience when performing these cleanses?
With any detoxification you may experience what is called a healing crisis, this reaction occurs when the body tries to eliminate toxins at a faster rate than they can be properly disposed of. Such reactions are temporary and can occur immediately- or within several days, or even several weeks, of a detox. Symptoms usually pass within 1-3 days, but on rare occasions can last several weeks. If you are suffering from a major illness, the symptoms you experience during the healing crisis may be identical to the disease itself. The more bacteria present, and the stronger their endotoxins, the stronger the cleansing reaction. When any treatment or detox causes the organs of the body (particularly the liver, which is a storehouse of drug and poison residues) to release their stored poisons and toxins, a cleansing reaction may occur. This could be considered normal and may be a sign that the cleansing is working.
May I perform all the cleanses at the same time?
For best results we suggest performing the cleanses in the order that is listed in Dr. Group's Complete Cleanse protocol. Typically each cleanse is done individually so that you do not overwhelm the body with rapid detox, doing this should allow for the best results with little to no burden on the body.
